Pilates  During Pregnancy

Pilates combines stretching and strengthening of the muscles. It was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early twentieth century. If you do Pilates already or you are just wondering if it is a good exercise routine for pregnancies, and whether you should continue or start a Pilate's routine while you are pregnant. Note that not all exercises or stretches are going to be available for you, but by keeping up with the excising during your pregnancy will benefit you greatly. 

Consult your instructor the moment that you find out that you are expecting so that they can arrange the classes not to push you too hard. You will notice that after you are forth month or so, you will be instructed not to do any exercises on your back because of the discomfort.
